Utilize resources throughout the entire solar system.
Aureon Space Systems is an engineering company working to enable the use of space resources across the entire solar system — building toward a developed spacefaring society where humanity can live and thrive.
Using technology that turns space resources themselves into propulsion — without carrying fuel from Earth — we aim to move asteroids into positions where humanity can use them: to build a second Moon.
WHAT WE DO
-
Propulsion system development and demonstration
We are developing and demonstrating our linear motor mass driver. We are accelerating development toward demonstration in 2027 and in-space demonstration in 2029. -
Orbital-change mission design
Changing an asteroid's orbit is essential for both resource development and planetary defence. We are working with space agencies and government institutions on the design and feasibility assessment of orbital-change missions, including rotation control. -
Leading space resource governance
Space resource utilisation becomes a market only when technology and international rules are in place together. From our European base — in a country with dedicated space resource law — we lead an international consensus-building initiative.
STRENGTHS
- Mass Driver System
Mass Driver System
A propulsion system that carries no on-board fuel
An architecture that generates thrust using material
sourced in space, without consuming fuel carried from Earth. This reduces the mass that must be lifted from the ground and drives down costs as the system scales.
To make asteroid resources a viable business, what is needed is not only mining, but transport infrastructure that can move large volumes of material freely and at low cost.
We resolve this bottleneck at its root, with a transport method that does not depend on chemical fuel.
